Princess Mary and Prince Frederik attend opening of Danish parliament – 9Honey

Crown Princess Mary has joined Denmark’s queen for the official opening of parliament, one of the most important events on the calendar in the Scandinavian country.
The day takes place on the first Tuesday of October and marks the start of the new legislative year.
Princess Mary accompanied her husband Crown Prince Frederik to the event, along with Queen Margrethe II’s younger sister Princess Benedikte.
