Monday marked the 23rd anniversary of Princess Diana’s tragic death. As the public commemorated the late royal, laying flowers at her memorial at Althorp House, her childhood home, the home’s current resident, Earl Spencer, did the same. Spencer, Diana’s brother, shared photos of both his own personal tribute and fans’ offerings on Twitter.
First, he posted an image of a flag at half-mast. “My first family duty on 31 August,” he wrote. “Never forgotten.”
