Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge’s nine-year-old pet dog Lupo dies
Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge’s cocker spaniel Lupo has died.
The UK family revealed the news on their Instagram account, kensingtonroyal, on Sunday UK time.
“Very sadly last weekend our dear dog, Lupo, passed away,” the Instagram post said.
“He has been at the heart of our family for the past nine years and we will miss him so much.”

The family got the dog in 2012 to keep the duchess company when Prince William was posted to the Falkland Islands.
“For me, Catherine and now little George are my priorities. And Lupo,” he told CNN in 2013.
Lupo was bred from a dog owned by the duchess’s parents in December 2011.
