Preschooler in critical condition after being hit by car in Claremont, in Hobart’s north

A four-year-old girl has been taken to hospital in a critical condition after being struck by a car at Claremont in Hobart’s northern suburbs.

Police believe the child ran out from a car and into the path of another vehicle on Cadbury Road about 1pm.
