Preliminary Auction Results Show 50.7% Of Homes Sold At Auction

There were 1,850 homes taken to auction across the combined capital cities this week, returning a preliminary auction clearance rate of 50.7 per cent. Last week, the final auction clearance rate came in at 49.5 per cent across a slightly lower 1,817 auctions.
