A mum-to-be who thought the pandemic was a hoax has admitted her mistake after falling ill with the virus.
Tori Howell previously believed conspiracy theories surrounding Covid-19 as she didn’t know anyone who had tested positive.
But after developing symptoms last Sunday, she’s had a change of heart.
The 28-year-old asthmatic – who is 22 weeks pregnant – is now under the care of a ‘virtual ward’ so must monitor her lung output and send the results on to a doctor.
