A inner-city Sydney woman in her 20s has burst into tears after being told she won the entire $60 million jackpot in Thursday nights Powerball draw.
The winning numbers drawn in draw 1270 were 4, 11, 19, 28, 3, 5 and 7, while the Powerball number was 6.
