A Brisbane developer has snapped up a 1960s brick home for a multimillion-dollar price with plans to bring a slice of Hollywood to southeast Queensland.
The property at 74 Langside Road, Hamilton sold for $3.55m last week and is on a mega 2539 sqm block.
