In this weeks Pirtek Poll we want to know whether you think Shane van Gisbergens controversial pass on Scott McLaughlin in Townsville was fair.
McLaughlin expressed his disappointment at the pass, which deprived him of a chance to battle main title rival Jamie Whincup.
The Virgin Australia Supercars Championship points leader described the pass as pretty average, suggesting van Gisbergen wouldnt have pulled the same manoeuvre on other drivers.
