Police to update charges against driver in Katherine crash after passenger dies
A 24-year-old man critically injured in a high-speed crash in the Northern Territory town of Katherine earlier this month has died in Royal Darwin Hospital (RDH).

The man was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition on December 10 after the vehicle he was a passenger in crashed into a light pole.
A 19-year-old man was also taken to RDH where remains in a critical condition.
