Police search Adelaide beach after bone found by member of the public
Police and SES crews are searching Maslin Beach after a member of the public found what is suspected to be a human bone earlier in the week.
The person who alerted authorities was walking along the beach, about 40 kilometres south of Adelaide, on Tuesday night when they saw the bone.
It has since been identified as potentially being a human bone, with further forensic testing being conducted.
Search crews are scouring the beach for any other bones or signs of human remains.
