Police have released images of a man they suspect punched a bus driver in the face on the Gold Coast.
Police have released images of a man after a bus driver was punched in the face at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.
The driver, who had parked at the Broadbeach South Light Rail Station about 8.40am on January 31, is believed to have spoken to a passenger who was eating food onboard the bus.
Police say the man then punched the 58-year-old driver in the face, causing swelling and bruising to his eye, bleeding from his nose and a small cut.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, about 175 centimetres tall with a slim build and very short hair, with tattoos on his right forearm and right calf.
