Police find $3 million in cash on the back seat during traffic stop
A routine traffic stop on a Gold Coast motorway proved costly for a pair of motorists who had $3 million in cash seized from their vehicle.

A Nissan Navara was intercepted by police during a traffic stop on the Pacific Motorway at Elanora about 4.20pm on Thursday afternoon.
Officers searching the vehicle found about $3 million in notes inside three bags.
Police were interviewing the female driver and her male passenger.
