Police ask for public help after assault of two sleeping women

Police are calling for public assistance after two women woke up in their homes to find an unknown man inappropriately touching them.
Investigations are ongoing into two recent cases of indecent assault following break-ins at Paradise Point on the Sunshine Coast.
At 1.50am on February 17, police said a woman in her 20s woke up to find an unknown man kneeling beside her, touching her inappropriately.
After the woman woke up, the man ran from the house and the incident was reported to police.
At the same residence just weeks later, another woman in her 20s woke to find a man inappropriately touching her while she lay in her bed.
The woman screamed before chasing the man out of the house and calling the police.
