Pippin begins search for its stars in the midst of pandemic – Sydney Morning Herald
Theatres around the country have been dark since March but the light at the end of the tunnel is starting to become visible.

Pippin’s steady march to the stage stands apart given the swathe of other productions that closed or didn’t reach opening, including 9 to 5, Billy Elliot, Shrek, School of Rock and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Producers remain confident the COVID-safe plans being developed by the Sydney Lyric Theatre will allow this production to go ahead.
