Pipeline COVID-19 Vaccines Not Affected by ‘G-Strain’ Mutation – Global Biodefense
In a new study, researchers from the Dangerous Pathogens Team at CSIRO conclude vaccines currently under development for COVID-19 should not be affected

In a new study, researchers from the Dangerous Pathogens Team at CSIRO conclude vaccines currently under development for COVID-19 should not be affected by recent mutations in the virus.
Most vaccines under development worldwide have been modelled on the original ‘D-strain’ of the virus, which were more common amongst sequences published early in the pandemic.
