Physio has patient boundary issues: watchdog
Late last week the Health Ombudsman took immediate registration action against Sebastiaan Jacobus van den Brink, who recently set up his own practice Airlie Physio in Airlie Beach.Under the conditions on his registration Mr van den Brink can practise but he must be mentored by another registered physiotherapist at practice locations approved by the medical watchdog.He has also been ordered to do a “maintaining professional boundaries” course within three months and talk about his understanding of…
