‘’If we don’t find something and they won’t let her race, we might have to retire her,’’

Leading owner/breeder Bob Peters said he is fearful that if nothing wrong can be found with his star Arcadia Queen he might have to retire her following her shock withdrawal by stewards from last Saturday’s All-Star Mile at The Valley.
Speaking from Western Australia on Sunday morning, Peters said his vets in Victoria could not find any problem with the mare and indeed he believed she was at her peak just days out from her main autumn target.
