Peter Warren worth up to $1b: IPO broker research – The Australian Financial Review
The IPO engine is humming at east coast car dealership group Peter Warren Automotive.

Jefferies base case analysis which used comparative PEs and EV/EBITDA ratios from the likes of ASX-listed Eagers Automotive valued Peter Warrens equity at $653 million.
The analysts said Peter Warren was forecasting $58 million earnings before interest and tax in the 2021 financial year, compared to $31 million in fiscal 2020.
Jefferies said if the IPO got away, Peter Warren would have $22 million cash in the bank and $177 million floorplan debt, with no corporate debt.
We believe it will be well…
