The woman at the centre of Perths new COVID-19 community transmission has been identified as a local dental worker in Applecross.
The Kardinya mother-of-two ended the states zero community cases streak after catching COVID off a friend who was staying with her for a night after completing hotel quarantine.
She is an employee of DB Dental on Canning Highway, The West Australian reported.
