Perth Westin Hotel Sells For Over $200 Million

In one of WA’s biggest hotel sales, the Perth Westin Hotel has sold for over $200 million.
The vendor BGC (Australia), is a family owned group founded in the 1960’s by Len Buckeridge. BGC is now owned by Perth locals Andrew and Samuel Buckeridge and is among Australia’s top ten largest privately owned companies.
The sale was arranged by Mark Durran and Tom Nattrass of JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group. The purchasers are confirmed to be YTL Hotels subsidiaries, Starhill Hotel (Perth)…
