Perth real estate: Property prices rise in January – PerthNow
It’s all systems go for the property market, and this week’s lockdown isn’t expected to slow things down. Here’s what you need to know.
Perths median price rose again in January, up 1.6 per cent to $484,280, according to the CoreLogic Home Value Index.
Reflecting the markets recent change in direction, median values were up 3.8 per cent for the rolling quarter and 3.4 per cent over the 12 months.
Sellers are responding to the changing market conditions, with 8287 properties for sale on reiwa.com in January, an increase of 1.2 per cent on December figures, but still 33.3 per cent lower than the same time last year.
