Perth man charged with terrorism offences after investigation by federal authorities

A Perth man has been charged with advocating terrorism, following an investigation by Commonwealth authorities.
Abdussalam Adina-Zada made a brief appearance in Perth Magistrates Court this morning on four counts of advocating terrorism, with the alleged offences occurring between November 2019 and February 2020.
In court, the magistrate described the accusations as serious.
There was no application for bail and Mr Adina-Zada was remanded in custody to appear in court in January.
