Personal trainer ‘outs’ fake social media body transformations – 9Honey

Personal trainer Georgina Cox has warned followers about fake social media transformations, sharing the tricks on Instagram.
Showing how it is done, Cox has filmed a video in which she demonstrates how using certain poses, clothing, lighting and angles can give the appearance of weight loss and muscle tone.
