PC Gamers Can Easily Reset the Resident Evil Village Demo Time Limit – PCMag AU
Resetting the timer can be done as many times as you like following six simple steps.

Capcom decided to build excitement and encourage pre-orders for Resident Evil Village by releasing a demo with a one hour time limit. Of course, PC gamers quickly figured out how to extend play beyond 60 minutes.
As Eurogamer reports, a Steam user who goes by the name Leaves figured out a six-stage process which successfully resets the time limit. The good news is, you can reset it as many times as you like. The steps required can be seen in the image below taken from the Steam forums:
