Patients relocated from PA Hospital’s COVID-19 ward

Patients will no longer be placed in Princess Alexandra Hospital’s COVID-19 ward while Queensland Health investigates how two patients of a nurse at the hospital were infected in the same room.
On Saturday morning, Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young also announced Queensland had recorded three new cases overnight – one that was acquired locally but was a close contact to the northside cluster, and two historical cases acquired overseas.
