Patients critically injured as bus with students aboard crashes with 4WD
Two people were in a critical condition and six children were injured after a bus with students aboard and a 4WD crashed near Gympie in south-east Queensland.
Emergency services were called to Kin Kin Road and Wilsons Pocket Road just before 4pm on Tuesday.
QAS senior operations supervisor Danielle Williams said two people were critical while a third patient with leg injuries who was stable.
“There were two helicopters called to the scene and there was a number of students involved in the incident,” she said.
