When the Eels went winless on their way to elimination during the 2020 NRL finals, Mitchell Moses was supposedly on the outer with the club.
Rumours at the time were rife about the Eels looking to make a huge move within their playmaking stocks, even considering a swap move with the Newcastle’s out-of-favour former captain Mitchell Pearce.
