Claims Eels are sounding out rival coach
The Parramatta Eels have denied the club is chasing premiership-winning coach Shane Flanagan to replace Brad Arthur.
The NRL rumour mill has been in over-drive this year with claims the Eels have sounded out Flanagan – who won multiple premierships for the club in the lower grades – to take over the top job despite Arthur taking the Eels to the NRL finals for three of the last four years.
