Paris Hilton felt “purposefully humiliated” during an interview with David Letterman.
Footage from the 2007 encounter went viral last month, when the talk-show host was criticised for questioning the 40-year-old star about the brief time she spent in jail for parole violation, and Hilton has now revealed she felt that his approach “crossed a line”.
“I was just getting so uncomfortable and I was so upset … Just being up there, it was like he was just purposefully trying to humiliate me, she said.
