Parents of Jack Loh were never shown sleeping room and bassinet where son died, coronial inquest hears

The parents of a baby who died in a Sydney daycare centre were shocked to learn his carer had been putting him to sleep in a bassinet, which goes against recommended childcare standards, an inquest has heard.
