Supermarket shelves have again been stripped bare across Melbourne on Sunday morning as a panicked city flocked to stores to stock up ahead of a looming announcement of tougher restrictions.Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews is yet to address the media where it’s expected a stage four lockdown with be announced, but social media exploded overnight amid speculation new measures would come into force from Wednesday.
