The prospect of a public trial for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry is predicted to be “traumatic” as the pair pursue their lawsuit against Associated Newspapers.
The Duchess of Sussex would come face-to-face with her estranged father Thomas Markle, who is set to give evidence against her, after excerpts from a private letter she wrote him two months after her wedding were published in the Mail on Sunday.
