Owner of cockroach-infested pizza bar banned from serving food, hit with $5,000 fine

The operator of a pizza bar in Adelaide’s western suburbs who illegally sold food after health inspectors found cockroaches and food well out of date has been fined more than $5,000 and banned from supplying or selling food for two years.
