Overcast and blustery at the river mouth this morning. Light, intermittent rain and a 12 to 18 knot south easterly blowing. A strong wind warning in place. BOM forecast is for 20 to 30 knot south easterly winds
with 2 to 3 metre seas. Gale force tomorrow. Didn’t expect any boats to go out so filmed the surfers between the groynes. On the way back to the car I spotted Coast Guard vessels ‘Offerman Rescue’ and ‘John Waddams’ heading for the river mouth so managed to shoot a bar crossing after…
