Oops! Reilly O’Brien accidentally tweets plans to stop ‘lazy and unfit’ Nic Nat — and owns his error superbly – Fox Sports
Nic Naitanui better get ready to run, because the Eagles superstar now knows exactly how his upcoming opponent plans to combat him this weekend, thanks to an accidental, yet brutal, tweet — from the man himself.

However Adelaide ruckman Reilly OBrien on Thursday couldnt have handled his social media slip-up any better.
In an unintentional public tweet, OBrien on Thursday detailed some of his strategies to beat Naitanui considered one of the best ruckmen in the AFL ahead of his sides clash with West Coast in Round 6.

Round 6
OBrien, whos established himself as the Crows No. 1 ruckman in the past few seasons, indicated he planned to use his aerobic capacity to out-run the Eagle.

Run off him hard, he is lazy and unfit, OBriens tweet said.
Will have a field day getting ball and marking everything.
Get to front and have grunt around the ground, and get ball on deck, beat him in this area.
OBrien also eluded to having a clear plan at centre bounces.

Shortly after the tweet was deleted, the Crows confirmed to foxfooty.com.au that OBriens phone had been erratic in recent times and notes that hed typed into his phone during the week had somehow been posted to OBriens 2000-plus followers.
OBrien then owned his error in a video posted to Twitter minutes later, holding up his haywire phone to the camera.
Check this out – my phone has decided to cark it, and Ive had an absolute mare on my social media today, he said in the video.
I tweeted some of my game notes in my Notes on my iPhone, I take these notes every week before the game to try and pump myself up and get a bit of confidence going into the game. Make a few things up, as you can see in the notes.
Coming up this week who I think probably is the best ruckman in the competition, Nic Nat, I was just trying to get some confidence and get going.

Ive really put the pressure on myself now, so Ive really got to walk the walk and try and get a kick against the superstar that is Nic Nat. So well see how we go.
However OBrien already hinted at how hed try to expose Naitanui earlier this week.
Asked by SEN SA Breakfast co-host Kane Cornes what his specific focuses against Naitanui would be, OBrien said: Probably the main thing is being able to negate him in the centre, because obviously hes got an amazing leap.
Hes probably not renowned for his aerobic capacity, (so) probably that ability to test him around the ground and get forward and back and take marks and really test him in that area.
And also match him in that follow-up phase around the contest because he can be really good at that.
Itll be the first time OBrien has come up against Naitanui a challenge the big Crow is thoroughly looking forward to.
I did see he got the 10 coaches votes (in Round 5), so Ill have a big job on my hands to negate him and test him out.
Im really looking forward to it to be honest. I love testing myself against the best. Ive played up against (Brodie) Grundy and (Max) Gawn – and Nic Nats probably the last superstar ruckmen to come up against, so Im really looking forward to seeing what I can do against him.
