Online predator to be released from Brisbane jail next month

In July, he watched her for about half an hour while she worked at a restaurant and sent her messages.
He asked the victim to lie to police about her age when police searched his phone.
The pair continued to speak and the girl sent photographs of her in her underwear and of her bare breasts.
Police then raided the man’s home in July.
The man, who was 18 and 19 years old at the time of the offences in 2017, was sentenced to 3½ years imprisonment.
At the age of 16, the man was imprisoned for three years after he hacked a 12-year-old girl’s social media account in 2013 and exposed himself to her friends, who were in their teens.
The offences occurred after the man was sexually assaulted as a 10-year-old at a scout camp.
