OnePlus 7T/7T Pro get July security patch, new Game Space features with OxygenOS Open Beta 6 – Android Central
The latest OxygenOS Open Beta 6 for the OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro comes with the latest July 2020 security patch, new Game Space features, and an optimized adaptive brightness curve for an improved user experience.

OnePlus is rolling out a new OxygenOS Open Beta update for the OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro phones. The new Open Beta 6 update comes with quite a few improvements, some bug fixes, and the latest Android security patch.
Source: luketabor on RedditOnePlus claims to have optimized the adaptive brightness curve further with this update, so the feature should work much better now. It had previously tweaked the feature in March this year, with the Open Beta 2 update. The clock app on the two phones has gained new “Lap time” and “Split time” features, along with a cleaner interface. It is also now possible to save your gaming snapshots and screen recordings in the new “Moments” section within Game Space.

Along with the new features and optimizations, the update includes a bunch of bug fixes as well. The abnormal color display at the top and button areas of the Notes app is now gone, and so is the automatic pull-down issue with unlock screen in ambient display. Another highlight of the latest OxygenOS Open Beta for the OnePlus 7T series phones is the latest July 2020 security patch.
Most of these improvements and bug fixes are expected to make their way to all OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro phones as part of the next stable OxygenOS update.
