One person dead after house fire in Melbourne’s south-east

A person has died in a house fire at a farm in Melbourne’s south-east.
Emergency services were called to the blaze on Lyppards Road in Langwarrin about 2:10am on Friday, police said.
Three people fled the fire safely, but a fourth occupant of the property in Langwarrin did not survive. (ABC News)
