The Atlanta 1996 silver medallist was taken to Newtown police station where he is expected to be charged.
The Drugs and Firearms Squad commander John Watson said police seized drugs and cash from the Rozelle premises and drug paraphernalia and a small amount of other drugs in Balmain.
