Jana Pittman has opened up about a surprise health scare to encourage women to avoid putting off medical tests.
The former Olympic hurdler revealed on The Morning Show that she recently underwent surgery after being diagnosed with a rare form of cervical dysplasia following a cervical screening test.

It is not quite cancer, but its just beforehand when there are dysplastic cells, the 38-year-old explained to Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies.
