Among my last large blow-outs was that my 40past birthday. I didn’t need to go destroyed, however I was not able to deny supplies of alcoholic beverages and before I knew itI’d skipped dinnerhad five shots of tequila and had been dance like a stunt on a desk.
What helped me break the bout was meditation but it did not happen overnight.
I have to meditation throughout which I call my premature midlife crisis. I had invested my 20s living it up…
