‘Obscene’ Eugenie Bouchard dating boast backfires brutally – Yahoo Sport Australia
Tennis sensation Eugenie Bouchard revealed her date’s social media posting may have backfired on him.

A date with tennis star Eugenie Bouchard has apparently backfired after podcaster Bob Menerys social media hype over their meeting prompted her to find another date.
Menery, who runs the Zapped podcast, gatecrashed her Instagram Live video in April and Bouchard agreed to go on a date with him if he donated $US4,000 to charity.

Bouchard enforced a six-feet social-distancing policy during the date, a follow up meeting after the pair met via conference call during lockdown, but things took a turn when Menery was quizzed about his love life.
When asked about how many women he had been with since their first meeting he responded: Between one and something.
Definitely single digits. Who do you think I am, Hugh Hefner? No.
But the date took a further turn when Bouchard revealed Menerys social media posts about their up-coming date prompted someone to contact her and they went on a date.
I went on a date because of you. I just wanted to let you know that your obscene posting may be backfiring, she said.
Someone who only heard of me because you were posting about me asked me on a date and we went on a date.
Im not giving you any details, I just wanted to let you know.
Im not going to divulge details but Im just saying he was like, I heard about you because of Bob.
I was like, This is so funny. Thank you Bob.
While she said it was just the one date so far, she also encouraged Menery to keep posting Im hoping more just flood in.
In tough news for Menery, she also joked her friends were giving him a hard time.
Do you know how many friends texted me being like, Oh my God, no, not Bob, she added.
Everyone is like, Not Bob.
