NZXT issues a formal recall for the Xbox-like H1 case – Good Gear Guide
The NZXT H1 case has a formal recall against it for fire hazard. H1 owners are advised to stop using the case until they obtain a repair kit.
If you have an NZXT H1 case, stop using it, power it down, and request a repair kit. Thats the latest guidance according to the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), which issued a recall for the H1 case for fire hazard, along with NZXT and Health Canada.
The formal recall covers all CA-H16WR-W1 white cases and all CA-H16WR-B1 black cases sold in the United States and Canada. Metal screws that attach the PCIe riser assembly to the chassis can cause a short in the printed circuit…
