The man who infamously invaded a racetrack in New Zealand in January has escaped jail time, after appearing in court on Thursday.Justin Bergman was sentenced to 100 hours of community work and ordered to pay $8880 – the cost of a non-runner being declared in the saga – after he pleaded guilty to creating a criminal nuisance.
The 24-year-old was also ordered to be under 12 months of supervision.
