The release of the RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 was fraught with stock issues, with multiple cards selling for thousands of dollars on places like eBay as fans clamoured for the RTX 30 series. Unsurprisingly, NVIDIA then delayed the release of the RTX 3070 until October 29, purportedly to maximise launch day stock volumes.
