Poor hand hygiene, unmasked staff, under-resourced transport vehicles and a melting pot of people from high and low-risk areas.

An Alice Springs nurse said all of the above featured in her experience inside two of the quarantine facilities in Alice Springs.

The nurse, Hannah, was forced to quarantine after returning from regional South Australia on Tuesday.
