Number of Australians on JobKeeper falling ahead of the scheme’s end, new figures show – ABC News
New figures from the ATO show that the number of people collecting JobKeeper support more than halved across the final three months of 2020.
																								
												
												
											 The number of Australian workers that receive JobKeeper has continued to drop, ahead of the scheme coming to an end next month.
Key points:
- Latest figures show 1.54 million Australians collected JobKeeper from October to December
 - Victoria still has the highest number of of people on the scheme, with more than 600,000
 - The scheme is set to end on March 28, with the Prime Minister saying it cannot last forever
