Controversial tech group Nuix has cut ties with former chairman Tony Castagna just days after the Australian Federal Police confirmed it was investigating the venture capitalist over possible breaches of the Corporations Act.
In a statement to the ASX on Friday morning Nuix said it has terminated the consultancy agreement with Dr Castagna, who was praised for the role he played as a company co-founder. The company did not give a reason why it ended the contract.
