NT policeman Zachary Rolfe’s murder trial should proceed as planned, judge rules

The murder trial of Northern Territory policeman Zachary Rolfe remains scheduled to begin on Monday, after a Supreme Court judge rejected an application to delay proceedings so the prosecution could appeal against a legal decision in the High Court.
